She has spent the last two decades designing and implementing organizational and leadership development solutions for clients around the world. Most recently, she led the development of the diversity, equity, and inclusion strategy for Constellation Brands, a Fortune 500 producer and marketer of beer, wine and spirits. Sarah is known as a trusted advisor and coach on the topics of leadership development, advancing women, and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

She has dedicated her life to making positive, global impact and is delighted to be part of the team. Of all the titles she has held, being dubbed Magic Grammy by her grandson is her favorite one of all.

Adrienne is a professional Coaching and Human Resources Management expert with 15 years of successful experience.

Her expertise is in the areas of lifestyle, business, career and executive coaching, and human resources management. Her work spans across corporate America, religious entities, school districts, entrepreneurs, and layman.

Highlights of her practice include experienced management coaching and consulting, developing and managing company policies and procedures, compensation and benefits, employee onboarding and employment law. She is skilled in helping stressed out, exhausted people fall in love with their life, setting boundaries and prioritizing themselves. Veronique is a Black, with a capital B, cis-gender woman from Chicago, currently living in DC. She speaks on the nuances of race and gender in American society to help shape our mindsets. Veronique focuses on meeting people where they are through race and/or gender-focused workshops, trainings, and facilitated conversations. She capitalizes on her years of experience as a Black American woman, research in American studies & culture, and background in International Development. She loves horror, reality shows, & pop culture, her wanderlust is real, and the loud laugh is definitely hers.
